Wild orchid fire

Fire was pop group Wild Orchid's third studio album. It was recorded from 1999 to 2000.

The promotion for the album began in 1999 while Wild Orchid was in the middle of recording it, opening up for Cher and 'N Sync's concerts.

The album was supposed to be released in August of 2000 and the group was supposed to open up for 'N Sync on their "No Strings Attached Tour", but due to member Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson's crystal meth addiction, those plans were canceled & the album's release date was pushed back to to June 19, 2001.

One of the songs from the album "Stuttering (Don't Say)" was released as a single, but failed to make much impact on the charts.

By September of 2001, Wild Orchid was dropped from RCA Records, leaving the album shelved.
