Tommy 'Tiny' Lister Jr. was originally going to play the role of Teetsi the Lion.
He mentioned he was going to be in the movie in this interview for The Dark Knight:

There's no information on why he was suddenly replaced with another actor. Not only that but the studio has not released any of the audio.
