Dub
Chuggington is a British children's show that started airing the UK dub on CBeebies, and the US dub on Disney Junior in 2008. There are many dubs of the show, such as Spanish, French, and Swedish. But there is a Dutch dub that has episodes of it on YouTube, but they are higher pitched, sped up, and have a theater border around them. The original speed and pitch of the dub with no border has not yet been found on the Internet.
Findings
No findings of the dub with the original pitch and speed with no border have been found yet. It's possible to sync the audio with the English episode AFTER muting the English audio, slow down the Dutch audio, and that should make the pitch of the Dutch audio go down!
